1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In-stock Items

  • Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days
  • We ship Monday to Saturday
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Pre-order Items

  • Pre-order items will have an estimated shipping timeframe clearly stated on the product page
  • Pre-order items are shipped once production is completed

To keep you informed and confident in your purchase, we provide regular updates for pre-order items via email and Instagram, including production progress and shipping timelines.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
  • Tracking details are typically sent within 3 business days after shipment
  • If you have not received tracking information after this time, please contact us at contact@onikage.com and we’ll be happy to assist

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We offer worldwide shipping
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Japan: 3 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–12 business days

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free shipping on orders over $140USD
  • Orders under $140 are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99–$14.99 USD
  • Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

5. TAXES & DUTIES

  • Taxes and duties are included for most countries
  • In rare cases, additional charges may apply due to local customs policies
  • Any applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated by the courier
  • Customs clearance times may vary and could affect delivery timelines

6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link
  • You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment
  • You can also track your order directly on our website by clicking here

7. WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

  • If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days
  • We consider an order delivered once it has been marked as delivered by the courier
  • Our team will assist you in investigating the issue with the courier

8. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER EDITS

  • If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order (including item swaps), please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been shipped
  • We are happy to assist with changes prior to shipment, subject to availability
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates or item modifications

9. RETURNED TO SENDER

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund once the item has been received back
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If you would like the order to be reshipped, a new order will need to be placed with the correct shipping details
