RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, scent, or missing tags will not be accepted
  • Please check the product page carefully, as tell us if an item is non-returnable

2. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items, subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
  • To avoid missing out, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

3. SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

4. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  1. Email us at contact@onikage.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions (response considered within 1–3 business days)
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

Customers are responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

5. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • It may take 1–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provide

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@onikage.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Import duties and taxes are not refundable

8. PRE-ORDERS

If a pre-order is delayed beyond the stated shipping timeframe, customers may:

  • Cancel the order for a full refund
  • Request store credit
  • Switch to an alternative product (subject to availability)
