At ONIKAGE, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom sneakers inspired by anime culture. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must not be final sale or promotional products (unless defective)
  • Headwear is not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons

Return Shipping & Costs

  • If your return is due to a quality issue or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or free exchange.
  • If you're returning for personal reasons (e.g. ordered wrong size, changed your mind), you're responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after receiving your return
  • No restocking or processing fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@onikage.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you the return address and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and include your order confirmation email or packing slip
  4. Ship your return and provide the tracking number within 7 days
  5. Once received and approved, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout:

  • You'll need to cover the reshipping fee
  • If the address issue was our error, we’ll resend it at no extra cost

Duties & Import Taxes

We offer tax-free shipping to most countries. However, for a small number of regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

Whether any additional charges apply will be clearly displayed during checkout, so you’ll always know before placing your order.
